Precious "Mom"ent
Today I was looking at a book that my sister-in-law Iva made for us a few years ago, of daily devotionals. Alex came over, and as clear as a bell said Jesus when he saw this picture. Such precious moments surround us as parents! I am truly convinced that he knows who Jesus is, as I rarely talk to him, or look at books with him, about spiritual things (which we are really trying to get better at). It was so cute I just had to get a little clip of it! So here it is for all of you to enjoy as well!!!
*Kylee this is mostly for you, since you say I don't post enough, and our kiddies are growing fast, and you live TOO far away!!!( I get teary just writing it!)
Check out the post below, if you haven't already!

Bag You're It!
I got tagged!
This is a picture tag too--always more fun. Here are the rules.
1) Post a picture of whatever bag you are carrying as of late. No, you cannot go up to your closet and pull out a cute purse...and a picture of whatever is inside.
2) Tell us how much it cost. This is not to judge…this is for entertainment purposes only. And if there is a story to go along with how you obtained it, please do tell.
3) Tag some chicks. And link back to this post (Beth @ Total Mom Haircut) so people know why you are showing your bag. So, here is my bag...
1)
I think I will spare you the lise of contents, I must say however, I pretty much have anything you need, and then some. *That weird thing with the green lid is the epi pen I carry around for my baby's peanut allergy, & it's a heavy sucker! And yes I have a toy hay bale in there, just in case we need to feed some pretend farm animals. I really is amazing all the things I think I can't leave the house without!
2) This is a Kathy Van Zeeland. I LOVE it more that any other bag I've ever owned! I got it at TJ Maxx for $54.99. I think it's the most I've ever spent on a bag, which is weird, since I LOVE bags/purses. I was scared Justin would be mad for spending that much and told him it could be my anniversary gift. I still have the tags and reciept for it, I was so sure I was going to have to take it back. I guess spending that much makes me feel guilty. I have a whole huge plastic tote box FULL of bags and purses. I have never been to a purse party either, which is strange. I guess I rarely ever buy anything unless it's on sale. I have been carrying this bag consecutive, for 5 months now, which is a total record for me. This is also a purse/diaper bag for me, I refuse carry around two bags, I already have enough to keep track of. It's conveniently divided into 2 big sections on the inside, one for me, one for the kids. Then it has TONS of handy other little pockets of all sizes. I love that it's shiny and has lots of bling on it, I don't feel like I'm carrying a diaper bag. This is my favorite find yet!!!
3) I tag, Chelsea, Rebekah, Katie D, Lindsay, Cassidy,Kylee, and whoever else wants to do this.
Sara this is for you, I rarely follow through on a tag!

Skiing Boys
A few weeks ago Justin and Izac went skiing. Izac loved it, and is a good skier for a little man. He even wanted to go down a little hill that was in question, but Justin just let him go down to see what it was like(that is the video thats on here).

New Years, St. George Trip
Our last minute trip to Zion on New Years Eve, where we found snowy red mountains, which were beautiful, but cold. The girls, and babies mostly just stayed in the car. We utilized all 8 seat belts in our car so we could all go together which was pretty squishy, especially for my sister who is pregnant, and got stuck in the back between 2 rug rats. The three of them fell asleep on the way there.
On New Years we went on a bike ride. My mom got a sweet new bike I was able to use, Justin used a bike of my dad's, we took our bike trailer with this in mind. My mom's bike is so comfortable and rides so smooth and nice. (Forgive my looks! pegged pants(I had already ripped them on the other bikes chain), helmet, and hunching over to reach the handlebars= not a good look for me!) We also took Izac's bike with us so he could do some practicing.
We took Justin and introduced him to the cool park that we found the last time we went down without him.
Izac and I scaled the rope bridge, which was quite the accomplishment, even for me.
Where's Alex?
We watched the U game, with lots of bad for you, yummy treats and snacks. Good thing we look so good in RED! Justin did get his degree from that school, so we have a little pride! GO UTES!
On the way home we stopped to see my Grandma and Grandpa in Cedar City. My Grandpa's new hobby is to go to the DI and thrift store and get things to refinish. He repainted this rocking horse and my boys were in heaven!
I love this picture, they are both having a grand ol' time!
We were also able to stop in Orem and visit with Justin's only living grandparent, his Grandpa Dorn. It was so good to see him and talk to him for a bit, since we don't see him often. I didn't get a picture of the event, the kids were out of control after being in the car for about 3 hours, but I wanted to document that we saw him as well.
That's most of it, Justin will have to blog his favorite event of the trip another time. (I'll probably end up doing it if I want it done before next year though).
