Visits

The week of St. Patricks we had some of our favorite people come visit us, My mom, Krista, Kylee and Auri. Kylee went to St. George from California, and my mom had spring break, so I made them all come up here. We didn't do anything too exciting, but we really enjoyed each others company. We went to the children's museum, and went treasure hunting at three different thrift stores (which grosses my mom out, so she stayed in the car with the sleeping kids). We ate at yummy restaurants, laughed and talked alot, which is very therapeutic for me!

Then last week we got out our small amount of Easter decorations out. The boys, especially Alex, were mesmerized by the bunny, it took them both a while to figure out that it isn't real.

Sunday we had fish taco's for dinner. I love finding a new recipe that I love and can incorporate into our meals. We actually made these when my mom and sisters were here too, but I was having some terrible chest pain(on my right side) that night and wasn't able to enjoy them. So on Sunday I decided to try them again. SO YUMMY! Someday I'll have to post the recipe.

As cute as this scene is, I am SICK, sick, SICK, of the snow. Alex and I are sick with colds AGAIN. Alex was wearing that adorable hat I made him, that he hasn't worn much, and I just couldn't help getting a picture of it. He's especially aware and fascinated with touching the snow any chance he gets lately! I think it's soooo cute!

Fun Times Last Week

Last Tuesday, Justin took the morning off of work, and we went to the Draper temple open house. It was so beautiful, and so neat to be able to take Izac and show him inside one of our temples. It was a wonderful and sweet experience.
Our Family in front of the temple
Izac's favorite part, the cookies after the tour.
The bus ride back to our car.
Then later in the week..............
What can be better than a real horse ride? A Daddy horse ride!

The other night Alex saw Izac's cowboy sitting on the chair. Izac and Justin were on the floor wrestling, so Alex put the hat on and climbed on dad, and started making horse sounds, it was so cute! Of course Izac couldn't be left out, since he is the real cowboy around here.

One Needs Sunshine

I have spent the last week in St. George with my little boys, I needed some sunshine, and family time! Bless Justin's heart, he is so kind to let me stay away for so long. We didn't want to come home, except that we missed Justin so bad.

I originally went down so that I could attend the blessing of my brother's twin baby girls. I wasn't going to go until the last minute, because Alex was so sick. My brother kept calling me and telling that it would be ok, to just come anyway, so I did. I ended up staying the WHOLE week. My Grandpa Lunt had his 80th birthday this past Saturday, and so I was also able to attend his b-day party. The rest of the week we sat in the sun, played outside, found some new parks, and spent time with family that we miss so much! It was hard to come home, especially because it's snowing right now! It was so nice and sunny there!

I didn't take too many pictures, but here are some of a park we went to with my brother and his family.
