AGAIN!

We're moving again this weekend
If you feel so inclined you can come help!
call us at 1-800-sick-of-moving,
or you can call one of us
We can't wait for it to be over, hopefully for a long time!

I can't find a picture of the house to easily pop onto here, so I'll put one up as soon as I find or take one!

Yummiest treat EVER!

Today I was blessed by the bounty of someones garden while they were out of town.

That peach was HEAVENLY!!! The best snack ever. I even picked it up off of the ground!

I can't wait to have my own garden, and maybe even a peach, apple, or pear tree?

If you haven't ever had the privilege of picking some fruit and eating it right away, I feel so bad for you. I highly recommend finding a way to do it, and soon! It seriously tastes sooooo much better fresh of the tree. (bush, vine, etc.)

Thanks Thackeray's!
(I might have to go back tomorrow! There is probably about 10 times more than what I took, that needs to be picked)

It's a Secret

I mean a Cecret- Lake, that is.
Last Saturday I was EXTREMELY brave, and went on a hike to Cecret Lake with my boys. It was just the perfect legnth and level of difficulty for me. The great thing is that I have done it, and seen it, and don't ever have to do it again! Not really but I am just not that into hiking, but I have to do things like that every once in a while with my boys! We packed a picnic, and ate lunch up there. When we got there, there were two moose hanging out on the opposite side of the lake, so we watched them eat, and then they waded out into the lake. It was a dream come true for Izac, it difinately made all the hiking worth it!!!

*Don't forget to look below, there is another new post!*

"K"

is for kindergarten!

Izac started kindergarten on Thursday. He was fine, and acted all excited about it. Then it was time for me to go and he had a MAJOR meltdown! I had to just walk away, as if it wasn't already hard enough. Thankfully, when I picked him up, his teacher said he was fine after about 2 minutes, then the rest of the day he talked about how much fun he had, and how he loved school . When he was having his meltdown I asked him why he didn't tell me he was scared before we got there, and he said,I was just pretending to be excited. The next day when we were on our way to school I asked him if he was going to cry again, he said, no I only do that on the first day. I guess he's like his momma, and the unknown scares him! I really think he's going to like school, he's seemed to love it so far! When we move into our house we'll only be 6 houses away, how convenient! Can't wait until then, I have to drive him there for the next month.
P.S. kudos to all those teachers out there, I can't even imagine all the work you do to help our kids. It's funny, the things you finally realize when you have kids! I'm going to try to be as involved and help as much as I can with my kids classes!
