Alex loves his new crib, this is the first time we put him in it.
We've had a great Thanksgiving weekend so far, and hope that all of you have too!
We are so excited, we finally got a crib! We actually ordered this same crib in a different color before Alex was born, but when it came I was eating a nectarine, and the crib looked like the flesh of the nectarine. I just couldn't stand it, it was so orange-ish. plus that it had a small crack in it, so we sent it back. We knew that this crib came in another color, but everwhere we looked it was out of stock, so Justin finally found it the other day and we ordered it. It came much earlier than expected, so it's all set up, and we finally got to put the new bedding on. I'm just so excited, I love it so much. And Izac can't wait to have Alex sleep in his room. (I don't think he knows what it will really be like yet.) I'm nervous too, about them waking each other up. Any suggestions on how to make this work?

That is one gorgeous crib! I certainly don't have any tips about sleeping in one room. We certainly haven't mastered it. Most nights, Megan ends up on the floor in ours. If you figure it out, please (please, pleeeaase,) let me know!
Hey Kerrah! Love the new crib -- hurray! Also, I just wanted to let you know that I tagged you! Check out my blog -- and don't hate me! :) Love ya.
Super cute bedding! OOO I love new things :) Hope you are doing well!
Hi Kerrah and Dorn-
Love your blog and I love you. I hope to see you over Christmas. I need some good entertainment just listening to you and David - Who'd a thunk you'd be such great Dads'

So, I have an idea for you on your kids sharing a room. My girls shared a room when Kaitlynn was a baby. I had one of those "sound machines" I don't know the correct name for them. It has the sound of rain, the ocean, etc. That seemed to work the best for us. In fact, Kaitlynn is now three and still loves to sleep with that on. It also helps with noise outside the room. Like if you are watching a movie or TV, you don't have to turn it down so much! Hope that helps!
